Policy
For Melbourne Metro Area, deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding Public
holidays. Deliveries are normally dispatched 2-7 business days from order
confirmation. Please note, any amendments to orders will delay day of dispatch.
For Pick Ups, orders are
normally ready for self-pickup 2-5 days from order confirmation. Please note,
any amendments to orders will delay day of pickup.
For Freight, customer can
arrange own transportation. Freight cost will be incur by customer.
It is customer’s responsibility to check status of delivery by your own freight
transportation. Xiao Trading is not liable for any loss, damage, or late
delivery from customer’s own Freight transportation.
N.B: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the
time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to
re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Without limiting the operation and any other terms and conditions herein, we
will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery
and you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our
agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
We carefully double check
all product expiry date, before dispatch. In the event of customer receiving
faulty items, we can replace with the same item originally purchased (subject
to stock availability) or a full refund by your email or phone call
confirmation.
Xiao Trading is not responsible to cover shipping costs incurred by
the customer for refunds on non-faulty items or cover the re-delivery costs for
exchanges.

We do not do international delivery outside of Australia.
